Provides hydrologic data, analysis, and support to the Department and other agencies. Collection of meteorological, streamflow, and water quality data. Maintains and operates the County’s Freshwater watershed and waterbody models. Provides other services such as hydraulic modeling, sampling and analysis plans, stormwater design, wetland hydroperiod analysis, normative flow assessment, and regulatory support.
