Description:

All our programs take groups through a series of structured activities that include icebreakers, physical warm-ups, and group challenges. Programs include high, low and portable ropes courses, service learning and environmental education. Each activity in each program is taught with a consistent pattern: participants are guided through doing an activity, reflecting on their experience, and then choosing how to apply what they have learned. This helps participants take what theyve learned into their lives, with a new ability to think about themselves and how their behavior influences the results they get. The results? Strengthened relationships, improved communication, resolved conflicts and increased leadership. Enhanced understanding of personal and group behaviors that support or take away from individual and team goals. These experiences help youth meet the Washington State Essential Learning Requirements (EALRs).
