| Description: |
Those eligible for King County’s ADA Paratransit Program must be: Six years of age and older and evaluated to determine if their disability prevents them from riding a regular fixed route bus all or some of the time. Applicants must first complete a pre-application. Those returning a completed pre-application will be mailed an application to complete. Applicants may be asked to come in for an in-person registration. Those eligible for King County’s Taxi Scrip Program must be: Residents of King County, age 18 or older; in possession of a current RRFP; low income (70% of state median income, for 2005 maximum for a single person is $2,039 monthly). Registration is primarily by mail.
