Home Free Guarantee provides a guaranteed taxi ride home in the event of an emergency or unanticipated overtime when an individual cannot take his/her usual shared ride (transit, vanpool, carpool). An employer provides this benefit for all employees for a fixed cost, and for a fixed number of rides.

Companies interested in Metro's Home Free Guarantee Program can receive the service as a benefit with a Metro FlexPass, a Metro Area FlexPass or enter into separate agreement to cover all their company employees for Home Free Guarantee. Companies must have a signed agreement and payment submitted prior to receiving serivce.
